Bailey Madison
Assistant
Hi, I’m Bailey Madison! I began my veterinary nursing career in emergency medicine three years ago and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in the fall of 2023. I later discovered my passion for general practice and preventative care, which has truly flourished here at Copley Fairlawn Veterinary Clinic. One of my favorite parts of being an RVT is advocating for my patients and ensuring each one receives the highest quality care.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me curled up with a good book and my four fur babies, hitting the slopes in the winter, or soaking up the sunshine during the summer months. I can’t wait to meet you and shower your pets with love and compassion when they visit us!
Teresa West-Holmes
Assistant
Originally from the Peoria, IL area, my husband, 2 daughters and I moved to Ohio in 2014. As an undergraduate, I earned my BS in Agriculture/Animal Science from Illinois State University. I later pursued my Veterinary Nursing degree from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine, and am currently an RVT with the state of Ohio. Although originally drawn to the profession in 1993 through small animal day practice, I found a calling in emergency medicine in 1997, where I spent the next 17 years working for various emergency clinic facilities in Illinois and Western New York. Additionally, I spent 7 years working with an ACVIM Veterinary Cardiologist and still enjoy the occasional opportunity to work OFA Cardiac Clinics at local dog shows and health clinic events. I was drawn back into small animal day practice in 2019 and truly enjoy the opportunity to establish long-lasting relationships with my clients and patients, which is sadly, not a luxury afforded in emergency medicine. Outside of doing what I love, I love giving back and have been a Medina County 4-H volunteer since 2015. Not only do I help as a club advisor, but I am the lead dog project advisor, as well as an advisor for the Medina 4-H PetPALS program, a pet therapy program exclusive to the Ohio 4-H program.
Additionally, I volunteer as an AKC CGC-certified trainer for several area kennel clubs and dog training facilities.
My family’s leisure time is mostly consumed by all things dogs. We’ve been involved as preservation breeders, rearing, training, and exhibiting our beloved Rhodesian Ridgeabcks under the Luvakis prefix since 2002. In that time, we’ve competed in over 20 states and Canada, and many of our dogs have received the highest accolades, including RRCUS National Specialty winner, Westminster Kennel Club winner; we’ve also produced the most titled Ridgeback in the breed’s history. Outside of attending shows, I also enjoy participating in performance events, such as agility, Rally, FastCAT, and lure coursing. In addition to our 5 Ridgebacks, we have 4 feline friends: our Scottish Fold, who we enjoy attending CFA cat shows with, an American Shorthair, and 2 rescued Domestic Shorthairs. We also have a small flock of ornamental chickens my daughters exhibit in 4-H.

Cheyenne Estright
Assistant
I’ve been a veterinary assistant since late 2020 and joined the team at Copley Fairlawn Veterinary Clinic in September 2023. My passion for animals started early—I grew up surrounded by a wide variety of pets, and that lifelong love for animals naturally led me into this career. I genuinely enjoy caring for each and every patient that comes through our doors. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my boyfriend, whether we’re golfing, riding dirt bikes, boating, camping, or just enjoying time with our families. At home, I’m lucky to have two very special companions—my dog Enya and Buttercup, our beloved retired clinic cat, who now lives out his golden years under my care.
